  as depressing as this post is, revealing our pain helps others.

  many of you have been on here for many years so new people do not understand the thinking, attitude or anger.. i am exhausted by my depression.

  Candidly my friend if I had to pick 5 of my favorite posters on here you would be in that list. You have always been right from the time I first opened the link to this forum and saw that avatar!!!!!

  NOw back to the threads subject. I have shared much but have decided not to sy anymore until I have had a chance to really evaluate these complaints and can know in my heart which things in my past I was truely an innocent victim and what I could have altered if I had listened to the voice inside.

  Meeting your online love

  i was just wondering if you had met someone online and had a significant long term relationship with him... would you be brave enough to meet him?

  obviously not alone at first but how would you check someone out before you met them other than a google search of his name.

  even some place like jwd where there is a significant level of trust .

  Miss Peaches!!! I just barely saw this post ! Sorry about the delay. I most certainly would adore being your online mum!!!! An honor and a priveledge. You have to promise to get along nicely with your 'sister' sass my frass!!

  Now back to the thread here. When you live as out in the country as I do this is definately something to look into!!!

  I hate when people scrape their silverware on their plates or teeth..eeeeewwwwww!!!!!! Its just like nails on a chalk board.

  Also, when people make promises and do not keep them and the last thing is passive aggresive people.

  How many ex-jws move out of town to start over?

  i was wondering how common it is for ex-jws to relocate after leaving the borg in order to escape the bad memories of being in a cult, or to break contact with cult members.. i have wanted to move far away for as long as i can remember--even as a kid--for this purpose.

  various life circumstances have delayed that--long story--but mr. rebel8 and i are thinking of moving within the next few years.

  i am the one who's most interested in moving to a completely different type of place--different culture, different climate, different everything!

  I find this thread particularly interesting. This is something that goes through my mind many, many times a day. In my case I truely have no reference point to compare what I have now to what another area or climate would be like.

  It would be great to find a new and beautiful area to start in again and as I have stated before my first choice would be Alaska because of the beauty and the wilderness with my second being Arkansas because of the. affordability of living.

  i am looking to "adopt" a new dog.

  i am a certified cat lover but have had 3 dogs in my life that my heart still aches for.

  my children are grown, my cat is 10 years old, and i need a new friend and companion.. i have had a standard poodle, english bulldog, and a beautiful blond doberman.. the doberman was my dream dog.

  Yes, there are breed specific rescues here in the US that are set up per state or group of states such as N. E. if the area is smaller.

  Also call the humane society as they use these breed specifc rescues as well. If they get a really nice animal within a certain breed they are sometimes sent to that rescue so call and ask them to put your name on a call list if one comes in.

  i am not as stately as some of my brethren trees.

  i don't make the cover of "tree monthly".

  I'm a maple. At first glance I am just another tree in the forest but if you take the time to reach my center you will find the sweetest reward. I go through all the seasons getting stronger and more rooted with maturity. When the thermometer drops killing the gardens of tender flowers my beauty takes over with brilliant colors that cause people to come from hundreds of miles around.

  i called the information dept politely asking if mr brown was still a witness after commiting verbal apostasy during the interview with ldh.. i got transferred to one of their legal staff and he dropped the "f" bomb and hung up!

  i on the other hand was a complete gentleman.. i would call this a golden opportunity to play up what has to be one of the most embarrasing moments for the dub leadership but is actually an important issue that any current dubz should be concerned about.

  what is the actual policy of the org?

  ooooooo my oh my, somebody's got themselves a little cussin problem! I do believe it is time for a healthy dosing of some of that good ole congregational Love and Discipline. Perhaps we should call and talk to the society about that nasty mouthed man. WE know what would happen if it were us popping the queen mother of profanities in a jc.
